Passing the Forest area, Ryu then enters the river, to which he decides to stay while looking to drink some water and concentrate on his next prey.
While getting some water, Ryu then suddenly sees a reflection of his himself through the water. He continues watching his reflection as it quickly changes into that of his father.
''Father.. I know why you left me alive that day.. don't worry I Won't become the same kind of man as you were, unlike you i'm not affraid of dying by someone other than myself.. That is because, at the time of my death I will be resurrected into a God ! I Will destroy this world and rebuild a new world !.''
''In other for that to happen I must die as a weakling in other to be resurrected as a God.. and then I can hopefully bring back Hayane and Mother into the new world.. I Hope you understand that father.''
The reflection changes back into that of Ryu as he is seen laughing insanely realizing his true purpose in life.
