I understand theres shops and people saying they are selling decks but? are any really good enough to say they can be bought? how do you buy them also?
please reply need some answers

well to answer you're question, when you post you get csa points, once you have enough csa points for either a retest or a deck, or ect you can ask for what you want and we will take away the points and give you the deck/retest/gfx ect ect

Basically, when you want a Deck, you can just look up a Deck shop, and ask to buy a deck. If you have the points for it, ti shouldn't be a problem. And by seeing what rank the duelist is in, you'll get more or less an idea of what level the Deck will be at.
