Battle City RP Chapter Five: The first round of the battle city finals

here are the matchups for the first round of the battle city finals 

First round matchups
Yugi Moto vs  Soul
Gorou Sora vs Omega

C.C vs Marik

The first round was announced. C.C. was to duel Marik. Seen she'd lost more in this Tournament then in her entire carreer, she knew she had to play this safe, and careful. No gicing chances. No leaving souls intact. No second chances, either.

marik thought summoning ra would win him the duel but he was careless and didnt think things threw enough and as a result lost his only god card and his plans are now out of reach but he will get all the god cards and take the power he deserves one day that day will come soon

The Seal enclosing him, C.C. took the God Card from his Duel Disk. "Won't be needing that anymore." She turned her back to him, walking away, while the Seal took Marik soul, to somewhere else, leaving him on the floor, and her walking off like nothing happened.

Gorou Sora walks up to c.c. looks at marik runs over to him and then turns back around "what did you do the master marik? i promise you ill make you pay for what you did and i'll get his soul back. I'll crush you, so watch your back and get ready for the duel of your life!"

She looked over her shoulder, giving him a look that couldn't be colder. "Watch that mouth of yours, kid." Feeling it'd be better not to face Omega at this point, she walked past him, and went straight for her room, locking herself up, examining the God Card she just won.

Yugi prepares for his duel with soul getting his deck ready. "That girl C.C beat marik the only reason we're in this tourney Yugi. But i sense that marik isnt gone yet and for some reason we still need the god cards." 
Little Yugi "Well at at least we can enjoy the rest of the tournament."
Yami "Maybe Yugi, maybe...."

Omega arrived at the designated point and sat waiting for his opponent.

Soul got ready to duel Yugi wondering if he should use 'them'. He chooses yes. He heads to the top of the blimp. 'This sounds like fun. I'm glad I came here.'

Yugi hears a loud intercom "Yugi Muto time to arrive to the duel arena, YUui Muto..."
Yami smirks "Without Marik, I can finnaly enjoy this." With his leather pants Yami struts out to the Duel Arena waiting for his opponent.

Soul meets Yugi on the platform. "Lets see how the king of game does against the wicked gods." Soul says with his usual smirk. "lets duel!"

Soul takes the god card's attack unflinching. "How are you still standing, Slife r was going to kill you!?" Says Yugi. Soul responds. "I told you that I wouldn't die. Its because... I'm immortal." Soul says with a wicked smirk. "What?!" Yugi says. Soul walks into his portal laughing a wicked laugh. "See you at the final destination Yugi." Soul leaves through the portal.

Yugi stands in the arena astonished "what kind of evil could even create those "Wicked Gods', was he aligned with Marik or someone else, or is he a new villain he must defeat? Yugi is now determined, he must win this tournament to unravel these new mysteries.

Omega held his new card in his hands. Had he won by luck or skill? Omega shrugged he would just have to keep fighting and winning.

C.C. had been watching the game. She was standing in the far corner of the arena, making sure nobody was close to her. Not that anyone would care to. She watched Omega come down from the stage, and she walked up to him after the rest congratulated him. "Well done. Looks like we're getting closer to those finals you mentioned."

Omega nodded, "Looks like this will be one interesting finals. Seeing as you now have the Ra, the Egyptian god card." Omega smiled slightly at that. "I thought this tournament would be boring, but it turning out to be funner than I expected."

"Not that I think I can use it. Or want to."
